Greet patients warmly and assist them in navigating the electronic meal ordering system.
Work closely with patients and the hospital staff to understand the patients’ dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that meal selections meet their needs.
Prepare hot drinks and snacks for breakfast, afternoon, and evening snacks in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Assist patients during meal times by addressing any additional needs.
Collaborate effectively with ward staff and nursing officers to ensure seamless coordination of patient meal services and address any patient concerns or inquiries.
Get the sign off from the Nursing Officers on the digital system.
Report immediately to the supervisor any damages or losses.
Check that all meals are in order well-presented and according to the required standards.
Collect the food trolley from the depot and dock it in its respective station.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including equipment and supplies.
Follow the Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by the Company.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and colleagues.
Maintain a professional appearance by consistently presenting oneself in a smart, well-groomed manner, and wearing the designated full uniform while on duty.
Minimum requirements
Experience - Minimum 03 years in Any Customer Care Service industry
Language - Fluent in English : Speaking / Reading / Writing / Listening
